JV Fusion!

As the JV Fusion youth pastor I have a handful of responsibilities but the main one is our weekly service. We currently meet in the garage at the office on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00. So during the week i am usually preparing for Wednesday night.
Our students last week of school we had close to 20 kids in the garage! It was packed. The last few weeks we have been averaging about 10 students a night.
Summer is a depressing time for Youth Pastors, because students go on vacation and forget to come to youth (Cody), and all kinds of other reasons they don’t come in the summer. Because all these kids are gone we go way down in numbers. Numbers certinaly are not the most important thing, however when we don’t get to see students that would normally be there we miss them.
To wrap this blog up, JV Fusion is rocking my world. We have some of the best students I have ever met. Myself and my other leaders are excited to see what God is going to do this next year with our Junior High Ministry.
